HOW IT PLAYS
Swap tiles to line up three or more — gloves, boots, belts, wraps. Every match you make, your fighter throws the punch on stage. Bigger lines hit harder.
Matches that drop new matches chain the damage up. Engineer the board a few moves deep, then cash the whole thing in as a SUPER — or hold out for the ULTRA.
Attacks telegraph with a wind-up. Block what you can't afford to eat, punish what they leave open, and take the round before the clock does. Best of three.
THE ROSTER
THE PLAYER PROMISE
Match KO is built the old way: a complete game that respects your time and your wallet, made by people who love fighting games and got tired of the other kind of mobile game. It's free at launch. If we ever sell anything, it will be cosmetic only — a new look for your fighter, never a bigger punch.

FAQ
It's playable right now, in closed alpha: a small group of players and creators are fighting through each build and telling us what to fix. The full Google Play launch is planned for 2026, with an iOS version after that. If you'd like in early, the Creators Program is the door — and it's open to playtesters too, not just people with a channel.
Free at launch, with no ads — ever. If we ever sell anything later, it will be cosmetic only, at real prices — no invented gem currencies, nothing that affects combat, and the titles you earn stay earned.
No. Every mode plays fully offline, and you never need an account or a sign-in to fight. When you are online, the game sends pseudonymous crash reports and play statistics — never anything that identifies you — and you can switch that off in Settings. The Google Play Games sign-in is optional: it's there for your nameplate today and the daily leaderboard later. The privacy policy has the details, and it's short on purpose.
At launch Match KO is single-player: Arcade runs, the Daily Fight, and Versus against an AI that scales from friendly to ruthless. Under the hood it's a 1v1 fighter, and we'd love to see you fight real people — a daily leaderboard comes first, and online PvP is something we're exploring after launch. Tell us in Discord if that's what you want; it genuinely helps us decide.
Any phone running Android 8.0 or newer, which covers most phones sold since 2018 — no flagship needed. It's a portrait game, designed to be played one-handed on the bus. iOS is planned after the Android launch.
Creators: the Creators Program gets you early builds and a direct line to the developer. Press: the press page has a short introduction and the kit — factsheet, screenshots, logos — and review builds and credentials are a quick email away at info@match-ko.com.
